Passionate about technology, new ideas, and the waves changing the world. I've invested in 12+ startups, co-founded Veek, co-founded and took Nuvini public (Nasdaq: NVNI), and keep investing in the real economy — always with AI. I pursue independent research and collaborations in AI and mathematics — and write about what they touch: technology, life, society and abundance.
I hold a degree in Economics, a postgraduate qualification in Political Economy, and a certificate in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from Babson College.
I have built my career at the intersection of financial markets, mergers and acquisitions, and business operations, with a focus on value creation through the acquisition and active management of companies across multiple sectors — including oil and gas, human resources, furniture manufacturing, events, and digital services.
I co-founded Veek, a fully digital mobile virtual network operator (MVNO), where I served as CFO, COO, and CTO — leading initiatives from financial architecture to product development, UX/UI, and technology.
I co-founded Nuvini with Pierre Schurmann, establishing a serial acquisition platform for SaaS companies. At Nuvini I led M&A, operations, finance, legal affairs, and HR, and led the company's public listing on Nasdaq (NVNI).
I currently serve as a board member and strategic advisor to Nuvini, advising the CEO on corporate strategy, regulatory filings, and high-impact decisions.
My current investment activities focus on capital allocation — particularly real estate investment funds and the structuring of a proprietary, exclusive investment fund.
I also serve as an AI Strategy and Transformation Advisor to Galapagos Capital, leading org-wide adoption of AI and the transformation of legacy processes into AI-enabled workflows using Claude and other technologies.
In parallel, I conduct independent research in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics.

View ↗A mechanically verified refutation of Krinkin’s unit-gap theorem: the formula-vs-circuit size gap is base-dependent — false in the AIG basis (gap 3 at parity, up to 6 across the 222-class NPN-4 census) yet holding in XAG for n ≤ 4. Certified by DRAT proofs and a Lean 4 formalization.
View ↗Merged fixes to the OpenClaw agent platform — session-scoped MCP cleanup, session-lifecycle decouple, and a streamed-reply parser fix — plus an open, security-flagged sweep for leaked bundled-config credentials.
A machine-checkable refutation in circuit complexity (P vs NP) — DRAT certificates and a Lean 4 formalization, in collaboration with Kirill Krinkin.
View ↗Companion bounds work in the same complexity-theory program — closing the last exact AIG-size bounds over the NPN-4 catalogue with DRAT-checked lower bounds.
View ↗A research program coordinating four distinct AI model families to make progress on the Seven Millennium Problems. First result: the P vs NP collaboration above. Method & provenance: the analysis, code and certificates are produced with AI assistance under my direction — I choose the targets, set the verification standard, and am responsible for the claims. The method is adversarial: results are attacked by independent model families before being accepted, and every review is recorded verbatim.
